Award Recipients have cultivated the connection between audience and content. Producers with regular fan mail or audience dialogue or a community member that has got the word out about a program to help it "make a difference" or a regular sponsor/underwriter of P.E.G. programs that donates merchandise or resources that helps attract viewers or a consumer/citizen that successfully advocates a process change to help grow viewers.

Citizen Action does not mean that you make TV; it means that you make a difference.
