Totoket TV has a jingle, a mission and potential.

More About Totoket TV's Station Manager: Cliff is a Media Studies Major at Southern CT State College. He is also an award winning Public Access Producer. His initial venture into public access was the relaunch of Totoket TV's youth magazine program format 'shortViews' in Wallingford CT. He later integrated his interest in graphic arts and television with a venture into cartooning. He was well recognized for this effort receiving both an AT&T Cable Access Producer Award and the National Hometown Alliance for Community Media. 3 Little Guys can currently be viewed on the Internet.

Cliff also studied with screenwriter Billy Field at the University of Alabama. The Make-A-Movie Team of 4 committed to making a program of "Race in America' in one week. The team had come together with common purpose: First to learn how to make a movie and secondly an interest in issues related to Diversity education. The team created an award winning 7-minute movie telling the story of the University of Alabama Schoolhouse Door. Here is Cliff behind the camera at Southern Poverty Law Center.
